Ann M. Sullivan
Ann Sullivan is the President of Madison Services Group, Inc. (MSGI), a woman-owned company that provides government relations and business development services to corporate and non-profit clients. She brings many years of government relations experience in the United States Senate and the House of Representatives, serving in key advisory roles. Ms. Sullivan works with the United States Congress, Executive Office, and government agencies to garner national attention for clients' issues. Her expertise includes business development programs, government procurement, healthcare, export development, and tax issues affecting small businesses. She currently represents the largest national association of women business owners and women in business, Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), as well as the national voice for microbusiness, the Association for Enterprise Opportunity (AEO). MSGI specializes in outreach to the small business community with an emphasis on women-owned and minority businesses.
Ms. Sullivan also serves on the James Madison University College of Integrated Science and Technology Executive Advisory Council. In 2010, she received the Enterprising Women of the Year Award from Enterprising Women Magazine.

Megan Minich is an Executive Consultant specializing in healthcare issues and outreach at Madison Services Group, Inc. She graduated from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, with a major in Biology. A D.C. native, Ms. Minich has previous work experience in healthcare marketing and public relations, specializing in market research for new business opportunities and clinical trial recruitment to accelerate drug development for well-known pharmaceutical companies.
Martin E. Feeney
Martin Feeney is a Director of Government Relations at MSGI. He is a Washington, D.C. native, but lived for many years in Vienna, Austria and Ankara, Turkey. A graduate of The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, with a major in International Relations, he has experience on Capitol Hill and working in a Presidential campaign. His previous internship experience includes work at the Points of Light & Hands On Network, a nonprofit organization focused on facilitating community service and outreach programs across the United States. Mr. Feeney's expertise at MSGI focuses on access to capital and policy important to the microbusiness community.
Michelle K. Miller
As Director of Government Relations at Madison Services Group, Inc., Michelle Miller concentrates on small business issues, with an emphasis on healthcare and procurement. She earned a Business Administration degree from the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio. Her healthcare experience includes serving as a business market analyst and implementation of the healthcare reform law in her role as Director of Research and Development at Alliance Community Hospital.

Richard Sullivan is a lifelong resident of the Washington, D.C. area. His multi-faceted career in government, management consulting, and private enterprise has encompassed a broad range of interaction with governments and industry in North America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. With decades of experience in international transportation, logistics, and trade development, Mr. Sullivan focuses on delivering highly effective market-based strategic and commercial plans for the export sector. He holds a B.S. in Public Administration from George Mason University.

With three decades of experience in foreign trade development, Rob Alesbury has been a key player in numerous international companies, market development projects, and new ventures in a variety of foreign and domestic organizations and industries, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Having lived and traveled abroad extensively, he has built a wide network of foreign trade contacts and resources and gained broad experience in diverse cultures and societies on virtually every continent. Specializing in market research, business development, financial analysis, logistics, in-country support, trade finance, and business/marketing plan development, Mr. Alesbury has been a respected leader and team player in a variety of managerial roles throughout his career. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Hobart College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
